Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including: perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Return Process
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Contact our customer support for the correct return address.
Refund Conditions
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.), items not in their original condition, damaged items (not due to our error), items with missing parts (not due to our error), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Gift Returns
